Qualification:
Full-time Bachelor's degree and Two years Full-time MBA (HR)/PGDM in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ MSW or equivalent with 60% & above/CGPA (6 & above on the scale of 10) from a recognized Board/ University/ Institute approved by UGC / AICTE.
Age:
The maximum age limit is 50 years as on 14th February, 2025.
Essential Experience:
- The incumbent shall be responsible for delivery of HR systems, processes, and employee engagement initiatives in accordance with HR policies.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 16 years of Post Qualification experience as on 14th February, 2025, out of which:
- In the recent 8 years, at least 4 years experience in Petroleum Refinery, Petrochemical, Polymer Complex, Hydrocarbon, or Fertilizer Sector, and the annual turnover of the company should be Rs. 2000 crores or more (in any of the last 3 financial years).
- In-depth working knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Assessment Centre, PMS, HR Policy formulation, Employee welfare initiatives, Employee Relation, Facility & Estate Management, Contract Management, Liaisoning, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and its compliances.
