Qualification:
Full-time Bachelor's degree and Two years Full-time MBA (HR)/PGDM in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ MSW or equivalent with 60% & above/CGPA (6 & above on the scale of 10) from a recognized Board/ University/ Institute approved by UGC / AICTE.
Age:
The maximum age limit is 40 years as on 14th February, 2025.
Essential Experience:
- The incumbent shall be responsible for delivery of HR systems, processes, and employee engagement initiatives in accordance with HR policies.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of Post Qualification experience, out of which:
- In the recent 5 years, at least 2 years of experience in Petroleum Refinery/ Petrochemical/ Polymer Complex/Hydrocarbon/ Fertilizer Sector, and the annual turnover of the company preferably should be Rs. 2000 crores or more (in any of the last 3 financial years).
- Work experience in Human Resources domain for at least 2 years out of the recent 5 years in one or more of the following areas:
- Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Assessment Centre, PMS, HR Policy formulation, Employee welfare initiatives, Employee Relation, Liaisoning, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and their compliances.
