Petronet LNG Limited (PLL) is one of the fastest growing world-class companies in the Indian energy sector, formed as Joint Venture Company with equity participation from four Oil and Gas Maharatnas viz. Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, Oil & Natural Gas Corporations Limited, GAIL (India) Limited and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, each holding 12.5% of the paid-up share capital. PLL is at the forefront of India's all-out national drive to ensure the country's energy security. The Company is operating LNG Terminals at Dahej with the capacity of 17.5 MMTPA and at Kochi with the capacity of 5 MMTPA. PLL is setting up an LNG Terminal at Gopalpur, which will initially be a FSRU based terminal of 4 MMTPA capacity, with a future provision to convert it into land-based LNG terminal of 5 MMTPA capacity. The company is also setting up a Petrochemical project of 750 KTPA of PDH & 500 KTPA of PP plant including propane and ethane handling facility at Dahej, Gujarat.
PLL has paid-up capital of Rs. 1500 Crores and turnover of Rs. 53345 Crores and PAT of Rs. 3536 Crores for the FY ended 31st March 2024. The total regular manpower strength of the company is approx. 560 nos. PLL is listed on the National Stock Exchange and Mumbai Stock Exchange.

The position is one level below the Board and reports to MD & CEO.
Grade - E10
Job Description & Responsibilities
He/she shall be responsible for coordinating and implementing Personnel and Industrial relations policies, HRD, Employee Services, Corporate Communications, General management functions, Administration, Learning & Development, Statutory Compliances, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) function, Security, corporate brand image and coordination with Government & Industries and other specific activities of the organisation. He/she shall also be responsible for technological innovations and other initiatives in HR domain.
Qualification
The applicant should be a Full Time Regular Graduate with minimum 60% marks /CGPA (6 & above on the scale of 10) from an AICTE/UGC approved Institution/University.
Post Graduate Diploma or Degree or MBA in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or Degree in Engineering or Law from a recognized University/Institution, shall be an added advantage.
Age
The maximum age limit is 55 (fifty-five) years as on 01.12.2024.
Post Qualification Work experience
Note: (*) In case, one grade corresponds to two designations, the higher designation shall be considered. Further, in case the applicant is deputed in a subsidiary, the designation and grade of the parent company would be considered.
Employment Status
The applicant on the date of application, as well as on the date of interview, must be employed in a regular capacity (not in a contractual/ad-hoc capacity) in listed company with audited average annual turnover of Rs. 5000# Cr or more in last three financial years i.e 2023-24, 2022-23 and 2021-22.
Note: (#) In case the applicant is deputed in a subsidiary and the turnover criteria is not met by the subsidiary company, the turnover of the parent company shall be considered.
Remuneration
The position carries an attractive compensation package commensurate with qualification and experience of the applicant. The CTC includes Basic pay, House Rent, other Allowances, Retiral Benefits, Performance Incentive and other benefits like company vehicle, medical policy, Post Retirement Medical Scheme, Group Term Life Insurance, Group Personnel Accident Insurance, etc.
